Next, if PUPS does have your animal, please contact the Robbinsdale Police Department (RPD) at 763-531-1220 to pay the impound fees and coordinate the release of your animal. PUPS will not release an animal until approved by RPD. RPD requires proof of ownership and current rabies vaccine. PUPS frequently updates their Facebook page with incoming strays. All stray pets are held at PUPS for five days before being transferred to an approved rescue organization in the Twin Cities area.
