This apartment development proposal (in the photos) is from The Beard Group. The planning commission report is being written for the October 26th public hearing on the proposal. A CCX media interview on the development was previously shared. This development site is located north of Citizens Independent Bank including the parking area plus the office building and a home on Lakeland Avenue. The proposal is for 132 units with access to underground parking from West Broadway or Lakeland Avenue.
